1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during the application process (name, email, phone, company, role, LinkedIn URL, location) and through your use of the platform (groups joined, events attended, introductions requested). We also collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process your application, manage your membership, match you with relevant groups and members, facilitate introductions, send notifications about events and community updates, process payments, and improve our services.
3. Information Sharing
Your profile information (name, headline, company, location, sectors) is visible to other members in the directory. We do not sell your personal information. We share payment data only with Stripe for processing. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for marketing purposes.
4. WhatsApp Integration
Inner Ping provides links to WhatsApp groups but does not access, store, or monitor WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We track group membership status (joined/left) but not message content.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth), and PCI-compliant payment processing (Stripe). We conduct regular security reviews.
6. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your dashboard settings. You may cancel your membership and request full data deletion by contacting privacy@innerping.com.
